SD48 Food Programs - Tuesdays & Thursdays

School Lunch Pilot Sign up – Fall Session Sign up for the School Lunch Pilot is now open on School Cash Online. The school lunch pilot is continuing to test a pay-what-you-can model to support equitable access and program sustainability. Lunches are provided Tuesday and Thursday. Once signed up, your student will receive lunch every day the program is offered.

📅 Sign-up deadline: September 17th, 11:59PM for September - December lunches

🍽️ First lunch served: September 22nd🥬 Sign up for the vegetarian or regular meals option. Spots are limited, but extra lunches are always available from the fridge if your student needs one. We encourage families to pay what they can/if they can — government funding only covers a portion of the program costs, however payment is not required to join the program.

🍴 A note on CUTLERY 🥄

Please remember to send your child to school with their own cutlery. This will be used for Food Bank soup, PAC hot lunches, or any lunch that requires cutlery! The school cannot provide spoons and forks for everyone.

PAC Hot Lunch - Wednesdays

*To be confirmed if this will resume for the 2026/27 school year!*

They alternate between intermediate and primary each week. Check your email confirmation when you order - it will show you the dates that your child receives a hot lunch!
