Welcome Back!

Dear Signal Hill Families,

We've had an exciting first week at Signal Hill! We are so grateful to be back learning and working together and welcoming familiar and new faces to the school. We were privileged to have our students drummed into their classes to get the new school year started. Students will be transitioning to their new classes today (Friday). Please check your email for more detail about new classes.

There are a few changes to our bell and bus schedules at our school this year:

Please also take some time to review the Student Code of Conduct with your family. We appreciate your support!

We would like to encourage you to view this short film from author Monique Gray Smith which offers tips on both talking to kids about Residential Schools, but also how to prepare yourself as the adult to have these conversations.

The Signal Hill Terry Fox Run will be in the morning of September 17th this year. We are proud to be supporting the Terry Fox Foundation. Students are encouraged to bring in a toonie ($2) to donate on September 17th. We look forward to an active morning in support of a great cause.
