Signal Hill Circular - December 17th, 2021

December 17th, 2021
Dear Signal Hill Families,
On our last day before a much deserved break we are feeling the holiday excitement. The school has been a flurry of fun and learning with students wrapping (ha!) up the volleyball season with a successful tournament in Squamish, completing the Winter Variety Show video concert, and celebrating the season with an intermediate dance and primary sing-along. Please check your email for a message from Mrs. Brynjolfson that contains a link to the Winter Variety Show concert video. We hope you have a fun, relaxing, safe and happy holidays and new year. See you in 2022!

What Parents and Students Need to Know
International Travel and COVID-19
As the world is starting to open up for travel, please see the measures in place at this time for International travel.
The Government of Canada has put in place emergency measures under the Quarantine Act to slow the introduction and spread of COVID-19 and variants in Canada. Fully vaccinated travellers without signs and symptoms of COVID-19 are not required to quarantine upon entering Canada if they comply with the requirements in this handout.
Unvaccinated children less than 12 years of age who enter Canada with a fully vaccinated parent, step-parent, guardian or tutor, are not required to quarantine if the child follows all the requirements for fully vaccinated travellers and complies with the conditions of the Minister of Health in this handout.
Please see following conditions in the Minister of Health handout. Note they are other
sections in this handout.

For 14 days after arrival, the child must not:
