What's been happening lately at Signal Hill...
Ms. Tyler’s class - Enjoyed harvesting and washing vegetables during Garden Wednesdays
Thanks to our staff kids who love hockey can play during recess! Go Oilers Go!
Ms. Gladwin & Ms. Nicholas’ classes went on a fieldtrip to Porteau Cove
French immersion classes went to PSS to watch the grade 8/9 French immersion classes perform the classic play Cyrano de Bergerac. Bravo PSS!
Students were very fortunate to participate in Tea with some of our Elders.
We lucked out and enjoyed good weather again for our Primary Fun Day. Thanks to our PAC, parent volunteers, staff, & Pemberton Fire Rescue for helping us again with our Primary Fun Day! A special thank you again to Pemberton Valley Supermarket for donating the watermelon snack.
All students’ library books are to be returned by Friday, June 13th so that there’s time to inventory library materials and efforts can be made to track down any lost or missing items before school lets out for summer vacation. Emails will be sent out to students with library books after this date, encouraging families to search at home for the particular items and if they’re not found, to pay the replacement costs. If the book is found at a later date and returned to the school, your money will be refunded.
