Test MDJ #34 in Google Classroom

Test MDJ #34

Bonjour!

You will notice there is a change to this week's test! When you open the quiz it will ask you if you wish to complete it in English or French and change accordingly. La phrase de la semaine is also included in the quiz. The only odd thing is that it will give you a mark out of 20. You can disregard that and rest assured that your mark is out of 10 and I will adjust any mistakes. I will also mark la phrase de la semaine manually.

Bonne chance et bonne fin de semaine!

How to Upload a Video in Google Classroom

How to Upload a Video

Hello! Today we are going to practice attaching a short video to a Google Assignment. If you run into problems remember to stay calm and check the page of our class website called 'How to Guides'. I anticipate many challenges with this and it is all part of learning so ne panique pas! Also think of this exercise as a scavenger hunt designed to help you learn your way around our online learning environment. The goal is to construct an understanding and to experiment on your own. I will also show you a few things in our class Google Meet at 10am.

1) Make a very short video of you speaking French. It can be as simple or complex as you like, but try to have fun! No one will see your video except me. We can share them later if you want to. Check the 'How to Guides' page of our website if you are unsure how to access the camera on your device. The MDJ are designed with some vocabulary to help you generate ideas such as:

- Voici mon chat, il s'appelle ... il aime... il adore manger...
- Voici mon crayon préféré... il est vert et orange...
- Rester chez moi est amusant parce que...
- Mon jeu préféré est Monopoli
- Bonjour, je suis content aujourd'hui parce que...
- Salut, ça va mal parce que je manque mes amis.
