NEW & NOTEWORTHY
Reminder: Early Dismissal Tomorrow
Tuesday April 14th is a Collaboration Day. School will be dismissed at 12:00 noon. The school busses will be leaving 12:10pm and route times will be 15 minutes shorter than usual, so students will arrive at the bus stop 15 mins earlier! There will be no supervision at the school after 12:10pm and all students must go home.
Grade 7 Baby Pictures
Dear grade 7 families, it's time to look for a baby photo! An email with a letter from Mlle Hamonic will be sent out early this week with the details. Please check it prior to sending in your photo! Thank you.
Student Led Conferences
On Wednesday April 22nd school will be dismissed at 12:00 noon for student led conferences. Appointments can be booked online at https://she.schoolappointments.com between 1:00 and 7:00 approximately, depending on your teachers availability. Please go online to book your appointment if you haven't already!
It is the same process as conferences in the fall, but families will share the same time block with other students (up to four at a time). Please reach out to your teacher if you have any questions!
School Bus Information 🚌
Just a kindly reminder the bus department manages registration, delays, cancellations, and communication regarding the school bus. We try our very best to relay news, info, and updates as soon as we receive it!
If you are ever unable to get an answer regarding school busses from the school office, you can try calling the Pemberton Bus Garage directly from 8:30 - 4:00 at 604-894-6434. This number is always located at the bottom of this announcements webpage (mobile view) or in the side bar (desktop view), as well as on the Contact Us webpage and the district website.

FUNDRAISERS
A School "Yard" Sale
Ms. Lattimer’s class is hosting a School “YARD” sale on Wed 22nd! Student access is from 9-11:30 (she will make time slots available for any classes wanting to bring their students through 15 -20 roughly) no pressure obviously. We are raising money to support our hatching project like a new incubator/brooder set up.
Used items, Plants and baked goods will be available costs will run .25 cents to $5, one baked good per student but we are still working out the kinks.
We will also be keeping it open and running 12-5:00pm for families when they visit for student led conferences.
** if anyone want to donate items ( toys, trinkets, jewelry, craft supplies, sports equip. etc please drop off to room 112 Ms Lattimers room) and if anyone is feeling generous and loves to bake we will also take baked goods for our bake sale night before or morning of but let me know so I can plan accordingly.

Late-Sign In Policy
Please remind students who arrive after the 8:43 morning bell to sign in late before going to class. Alternatively, you may sign them in yourself and send them straight to class. Either way, it must be in-person in the office using the sign-in binder located on the counter.
This is so we have a record that students have arrived safely in the building and to mark them as present on the attendance.

Field Trip Payments
Please note that we do not keep a cash float in the office. Field trips should be paid for online, but if you are unable to do so, then we can only accept exact change. Please give your cash to the teacher, as they will collect and organize all of the cash per class prior to submitting it to the office.

- smart watches (unless medically required)
