What's been happening at Signal Hill...
February 26th was Pink Shirt Day.

Signal Hill recognized this important day with an student led assembly and drumming in the gym.
We also announced our WITS poster winners. Congratulations to them and a big thank you to everyone who created a posted and shared their WITS.


Students enjoyed cookies and hot chocolate with the Principal and Vice Principals!

These classes got to celebrate with a class dance party.

Division 14 students explore the blankets of self, family and community with a project on diverse families and their roles in strengthening and contributing to the community.

Students used a watercolor resist technique and then added a photo along with facts and ideas about themselves.

Students in Division 9 are learning about the daily lives of early settlers in Canada.

Students create models of homes using the resources found in the different settler regions.

CONGRATULATIONS to all of the Basketball Teams and their coaches on a fun season!
Division 7 students organized and prepared for a class party to celebrate the end of the term!

They formed committees to help with invitations, decorations, music, security, food preparation and set up!
